Directions to Sonoma County Detention Facilities

The Main Adult Detention Facility (MADF) is located at 2777 Ventura Avenue in Santa Rosa, California. It is just off of US 101 in Santa Rosa, CA.  The facility can be accessed from points north or south.  From US 101 N take exit 491B for the Bicentennial Way E/Sonoma County Administration Center and merge onto Bicentennial Way.  Turn right on Ventura Avenue.  The facility is on the right just past the apartments.  From US 101 S take exit 492 for Hopper Avenue.  Turn left onto Hopper Avenue.  Stay straight to go onto Cleveland Avenue.  Turn right onto Piner Road then left onto Range Avenue.  Turn left onto Bicentennial Way.  Turn right onto Ventura Avenue at the stop light.  Visitor parking can be found at the MADF and across the street at the Sheriff’s Office Headquarters.

 

The North County Detention Facility (NCDF) is located at 2254 Ordinance Road in Santa Rosa, California. It is next to the Charles M. Schultz-Sonoma County Airport off of Airport Blvd., 7 miles northwest of downtown Santa Rosa.  From US 101 N take exit 495B for Airport Blvd and turn left onto Airport Blvd.  Just before you reach the airport turn right onto Ordinance Road.  Visitor parking is in front of the facility on the left.  From US 101 S take the Airport Blvd exit and turn right onto Airport Blvd.  Follow the same directions to the NCDF.
